PADI - Rescue Diver Course

The PADI Rescue Diver Course is the most fun, most instructive and surely one of the most important courses of all the PADI Courses.

The PADI Rescue Diver Course and the Emercency First Responder Course can be combined or done separated from eachother. Both courses have the same construction as all the previous PADI Courses. The theory lessons are supported by a DVD and a manual.

The EFR course is a first aid course.
To be certified as a Rescue Diver you have to have an EFR certification or a similar certification of an other organisation. For more information about this course, visit our page of the Emergency First Response Course.

With most dive accidents you have to take care of victims who are in the water. Sometimes the victim is on the surface, sometimes under water. Handling a situation like this requires more training than only First Aid.

As a Rescue Diver you will be trained to act in cases of emergency regarding divers or to coordinate a rescue operation.

Examples of rescue scenarios are:

► Panicked diver
► Unconsious diver on the surface and under water.
► Search patterns and procedures when a diver is missing
► To surface an unconsious diver
► And a lot more!

With Orangedive you will practice and repeat all the scenarios and skills in 4 days. Hard work, but also a lot of fun!
